Shipping

All items listed are on hand and orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as I start packing your orders. I use USPS for courier service and orders are delivered as first class.

Returns and Exchanges

Items go thru quality inspection prior to packaging and dispatch. And due to hygienic/infection concerns I am not accepting returns or exchanges. However, should you find any damages on your order, please feel free to contact me via email or direct message on instagram within 5 days of receipt. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I’m more than happy to help resolve any issues.

 

Custom Orders

Depending on the design and quantity of your order (and availability of materials), custom jewelries will take from 2-4 weeks. I’m a one woman show, a full-time RN and mom of two, so you get it. 😉 Custom orders start at $50 which includes personalized packaging and shipping.
